1. Who processes your data

2. What data is collected
Subject of the request, name and one contact for feedback: phone, email or messenger. Description of the task and company - optional. Along with the application, information about the transition to the site is saved: UTM tags and ad click identifiers from the page address, the domain of the site from which you came, and the address of the login page. Do not include passwords, documents, payment details or personal information of other people in the description.
3. How your data is used
To respond to a request, clarify the task, evaluate work and discuss cooperation, as well as evaluate which advertising and other sources lead to requests. Information is not published and is not used for advertising mailings.
4. Consent and data processing
Data is transferred only when consent is marked and a request is sent. They are collected, recorded, stored, refined, used and deleted. Visiting a page does not in itself constitute consent.
5. Data storage and sharing
The application is saved in a database on the server of the hosting provider Megahost (Kazakhstan). A notification containing the contents of the application is sent to the site owner - Rasul Baizhenov - via the Telegram messenger; Telegram's processing conditions are subject to its rules, and its servers may be located outside of Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. Data is not transferred to other third parties, except as required by law.
6. Retention and protection
Applications are stored indefinitely until consent is withdrawn or deletion is requested. Only the site owner has access to the database. To protect against automatic sending, the IP address is not saved: its irreversible hash is used, which is deleted after two days.
7. Correction, deletion and withdrawal of consent
To clarify information, request deletion or withdraw consent, write to rasul.marsovich@gmail.com and indicate the contact with whom you sent the request. The request is considered within the time limits established by applicable law.
8. Analytics and external services
Third-party analytics systems are disabled on the site. When you go to WhatsApp or send a letter directly, the corresponding external services and their terms are used.
