Bitrix24 support
We help maintain a working CRM and develop it for new tasks. You can also use a system that was implemented by another specialist.
Support terms
Package - 200,000 ₸ for 10 hours for one month. We work daily from 09:00 to 18:00 Astana time. The first response is up to 30 minutes during business hours: this is a confirmation of the request, and not a promise to fix any error in half an hour.
What tasks are included
Customizations, corrections, consultations, automation, reports and development are taken into account in the overall package. Before execution, we agree on the task and time estimate. In the event of a malfunction, we first clarify the impact on operation and the possibility of a temporary solution.
How hours are counted
We record the work performed and the time spent. Additional hour - 20,000 ₸. We will agree on additional volume before the start. Basic and additional purchased hours are valid within the current month and are not carried over to the next.
How to get started
We discuss the current system, integrations and those responsible. We will coordinate the channel of requests and accesses. If the state of the CRM is unknown, we offer a survey and a priority list of problems. Licenses and external subscriptions are paid separately.
