“We need a website first; then we can collect enquiries.” Sometimes that turns a small task into a construction project with a grand opening. If someone only needs to leave contact details and describe a request, a standalone form can be an interim solution.
CRM means customer relationship management. A CRM form sends submitted details into that system. Bitrix24 lets you share a form by link; this scenario does not require your own website. Features are not available on every plan, so check the conditions before starting.
Decide what happens after submission
An illustrative example: a workshop wants requests for estimates. A visitor provides a contact method and describes the work. An employee checks the details and agrees the next step. This is an enquiry, not an automatically confirmed order.
Before configuring anything, decide who sees the record, when new enquiries are checked and what happens if the person cannot be reached. A polished “Thank you” screen is no substitute for an owner.
Promise only a process the team can deliver. If an estimate requires clarification, do not say “your price is ready”. If the company has not agreed a response time internally, do not invent one on the page.
Keep fields needed for the first action
Start with a contact method and a short task description. A name helps address someone; detailed company information may be needed later. Each mandatory question should support the next action.
In Bitrix24, create the form under CRM > Sales > Sales channels > CRM forms. Select a suitable scenario and check which records submission creates. Settings cover fields, agreements and form actions; see the official instructions.
Prepare personal data processing terms for your company and the applicable requirements. Copying text from someone else’s template does not by itself establish legal compliance.
Walk through it as both customer and employee
Check the link on a phone without signing into the work portal. Then send a training enquiry and find it in CRM.
- Did the necessary details reach the correct fields?
- Is an employee assigned who will actually handle it?
- Does the customer know whether an enquiry was received or an order confirmed?
- What happens if it is submitted again?
- Is there another contact method if something fails?
For an audience in Kazakhstan, test the languages and actual contact formats used. The form interface, labels and post-submission message should suit the audience; do not assume translations appear automatically.
When a form is no longer enough
A standalone link cannot replace a website when buyers need a catalogue, terms, detailed service comparisons and company information. It also does not automatically connect conversations from every messenger: review each channel separately.
Start with one source of visits and observe which questions people still ask. Those questions help decide whether another page is needed and what it should explain.
QQDev implements Bitrix24. The implementation page is a place to discuss the short journey from a form to an employee’s action, even before you have a website or CRM. Bring an example enquiry and the desired next step: that is the useful starting point.
