What data are we discussing?

Products, companies, contacts, orders, invoices, balances and payment statuses are possible objects of exchange, and not a promise to connect everything at once. For each object, we find out whether it is available in a specific configuration, in which direction it is transmitted, and who is responsible for corrections.

What you need to know about 1C

Name and version of the configuration, presence of modifications, placement method, existing exchanges and participation of a 1C service specialist. We also need examples of documents and corresponding CRM cards without unnecessary personal data.

Integration options

Checking whether the existing module or connector is suitable. If its rules are not enough, we evaluate a separate exchange. We coordinate changes in 1C with the person responsible for its maintenance; We check the presence of a suitable API or module before promising results.

Duplicates, remainders and statuses

We agree on product and customer identifiers, source priority, update frequency and conflict rules. Remaining and reserve are different indicators: we determine in advance which one the manager needs. A repeat event should not create a new document.

Stages, deadlines and acceptance
